§ 12-2. Adoption of comprehensive plan.

Latest version.

Pursuant to the provisions of the "Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act," F.S. § 163.3161 et seq., Florida Statutes, the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony, Florida hereby adopts the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony, Florida. A copy of the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony, Florida is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A."
