§ 12-1. Designation of commission as local planning agency.

The commission is hereby designated as the local planning agency for the municipality, for the purposes of and pursuant to the requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act and Land Development Regulations, Chapter 75-257, Laws of Florida (F.S. § 163.3161 et seq.).
