§ 5-9. Exemption from early voting.

The provisions of F.S. § 101.657, providing for early voting, shall not apply to any Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony Municipal Election. It is the intent of the town commission of the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony, pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 100.3605, to exempt all Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony Municipal Elections from early voting provisions of F.S. § 101.657. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony may contract with the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections to conduct early voting for the Town of Jupiter Inlet Colony at the office of supervisor of elections and at any other early voting sites the supervisor may establish in locations other than the Jupiter Inlet Colony Town Hall.
